• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of GCash or Maya account showing your name)
• Source of funds documentation where required by law or PAGCOR directive

3.3 Financial & Transaction Data

• Deposit and withdrawal amounts, dates, and payment methods used

9. Data Retention

ah77 retains your personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, subject to the following minimum retention periods:

• Account and identity data: Retained for the duration of your account and for a minimum of five (5) years after account closure, in compliance with PAGCOR record-keeping requirements and the Anti-Money Laundering Act.

12. Children's Privacy

The ah77 Platform is strictly intended for individuals who are 21 years of age or older, in accordance with Philippine law. ah77 does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. If ah77 becomes aware that personal data has been collected from an individual under 21, that data will be immediately deleted and the associated account will be permanently closed.

Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that minors in their household do not access the ah77 Platform or any ah77 account. If you believe a minor has registered on ah77, please contact our support team immediately so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

13. International Data Transfers

ah77 primarily stores and processes personal data within the Philippines. Where it is necessary to transfer personal data to service providers or partners located outside the Philippines (for example, cloud infrastructure providers or game content suppliers), ah77 ensures that such transfers are conducted in compliance with Section 21 of the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and applicable NPC regulations.

International data transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards, including contractual data processing agreements that require overseas recipients to apply data protection standards equivalent to those required under Philippine law. ah77 does not transfer personal data to jurisdictions that do not provide an adequate level of data protection without implementing appropriate additional safeguards.

14. Third-Party Links

The ah77 Platform does not contain links to third-party websites. All navigation links on the Platform direct you to pages within ah77.asia. This Policy applies solely to personal data collected and processed by ah77 through the Platform. ah77 is not responsible for the privacy practices of any third-party service providers engaged by ah77, whose data handling is governed by separate data processing agreements as described in Section 7.

15. Changes to This Privacy Policy

ah77 reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable law, or regulatory requirements. Material changes to this Policy will be communicated to registered Players via email notification or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Policy was most recently revised. Your continued use of the ah77 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acknowledgment of the revised Policy. If you do not agree with the amended Policy, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with the Terms & Conditions.
